He has over 15 years of experience in the ITSM space in pre and post sales, implementation and real-world experience managing a service desk in the healthcare space. Jason has experience in the Healthcare, State and Local Government, and Education spaces with a passion for improving IT processes with a focus on ITIL.

Jason was a member of the Samanage team and helped drive the $350M acquisition of Samanage by SolarWinds in 2019.
