Will Jeffreys has a diverse work history, beginning as an Accounts Assistant and Account Handler at Gould & Portmans Ltd in the late 90s. Will then transitioned to roles in creative artwork and copywriting at AIA Worldwide before moving up to Creative Director. Will'smost recent positions include Chief Creative Officer and Director Brand Strategy at Symphony Talent, where they bring their extensive creative experience to the forefront.

Will Jeffreys attended Enfield Grammar School from 1990 to 1998. In 2020, they earned an Award in Behavioural Economics from the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM). Further adding to their education, Will completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in 2021, specializing in Brand Strategy. Additionally, they have accumulated 19 years of advertising experience.
