Alice Scalfi has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience (UX) and graphic design. Alice began their career as a Graphic Designer at Hatch 130 in 2016. Afterward, they worked as a Graphic Designer (Graduate Assistant) at the University of Bridgeport from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they joined avrio as a UX/UI Designer, where they contributed until April 2018. Alice then started working at Capgemini in May 2018, first as a User Experience Analyst and later as a User Experience Consultant until August 2020. Currently, they are employed at Symphony, initially as a User Experience Designer from August 2020 to June 2021, and now as a User Experience Researcher since June 2021.
Alice Scalfi has a strong educational background in the field of design. Alice obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Design della Comunicazione from Politecnico di Milano in 2015, and later pursued a Master of Professional Studies degree in Design Management from the University of Bridgeport, which they completed in 2017.
In addition to their formal education, Alice has also obtained a certification in the Nitro Career Development Program - Fueling Future Leaders 2022 from Symphony in November 2022. This certification highlights their commitment to continued professional growth and development in their field.
