Amod Jog

Amod Jog has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research and technological innovation. Amod started their career as an intern at Intuitive Surgical in 2010 before moving on to work as a Graduate Research Assistant and later as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Johns Hopkins University from 2009 to 2017. Amod then joined The MGH/HST Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging as a Research Fellow from 2017 to 2019. Following this, they worked at IBM as a Scientist from 2019 to 2021. Amod's next role was as a Lead Scientist at GE Research from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Scientist at SymphonyAI, starting in August 2022. Amod's career progression demonstrates their commitment to scientific research and their expertise in various scientific disciplines.

Amod Jog earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from 2005 to 2009. Amod then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University, from 2009 to 2015. In 2018, they also obtained a certification in Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera.
