Andrew Opichka has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andrew began their career as a Computer Programmer Analyst at Capitol Bankers Life Insurance Company in 1991. Andrew then moved on to Ascension, where they worked as an Information Systems Analyst and Project Manager from 1992 to 1995. In 1994, Opichka became the Manager of Information Technology at The University of Vermont Health Network - Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital. Andrew later joined Sauk Prairie Healthcare in 1997 as the Manager of Information Technology and Telecommunications.

Opichka's career in the healthcare industry began in 1998 when they joined Siemens Healthineers. Andrew held various roles within the company, including Senior Consultant and Senior Manager, where they led enterprise integration and interoperability solutions teams. Opichka designed and implemented EHR integration solutions across multiple locations and managed the integration of a new EHR system. Andrew also oversaw the recruitment and training of consultants.

In 2014, Opichka joined Cerner Corporation as the Director of Advanced Technology Solutions, where they were responsible for sales, delivery, and support of EHR integration and healthcare data exchange services. Andrew led complex integration and interoperability research and developed new and emerging technologies.

Opichka then moved on to Cisco in 2015, where they served as a Solution Architect focusing on healthcare digital transformation. Andrew provided strategic oversight and design for enterprise-class healthcare customers, working closely with stakeholders and technology vendors to identify opportunities for digital transformation.

Since 2017, Opichka has been working at WellStack as the Vice President - Healthcare Solutions Owner. Andrew is responsible for the direction and leadership of healthcare solution products, including strategy, engineering, sales, implementation, and customer success. Opichka directs the design and development of software solutions that meet business needs and exceed customer expectations.

Throughout their career, Opichka has demonstrated expertise in healthcare technology, digital transformation, integration, and interoperability.

Andrew Opichka attended Cardinal Stritch University from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and another Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics.
