Gregoire Lecomte has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Gregoire is the COO and co-founder of SympliFi, a company focused on transforming credit access in emerging markets. Prior to this, they worked as a Singer in the Choeur de l'Orchestre National des Pays de la Loire and the Choeur de l'Orchestre de Paris. Gregoire has also served as a Lecturer at ISFB - Institut Supérieur de Formation Bancaire and as the Group Head of Funding and Treasury at Groupe Baobab. Additionally, they worked as an Investment Manager at Azure Partners SA, a Business Development Consultant at HuaAn Asset Management Hong Kong, and as an MBA Associate in APAC Business Development at GE Healthcare. Gregoire began their career as an Advisor in Real Estate Financing at Credit Suisse and as the President and Co-Founder of Alumni HEG Genève. Grégoire Lecomte has a range of experiences in finance, music, and business development.

Gregoire Lecomte pursued their higher education with an MBA degree from HKUST Business School from 2009 to 2010. Gregoire then went on to pursue another MBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in the same year. Prior to that, they had completed their undergraduate studies at HEG from 2001 to 2005, where they earned an eBBA degree. During their time at HEG, their major was Risk Management, and they also had a minor in Sustainable Development. In addition to their formal education, Gregoire Lecomte obtained a certificate of completion for the Migrant Remittances and Financial Services Program from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education in January 2022.
