Kevin Williams

Director, HR Operations at symplr

Kevin Williams has a diverse work experience, starting in 1998 with Save-A-Lot as a Group Leader and Inventory Controller. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a Lead Supervisor at Black & Decker. In 2011, they joined US Farathane as an HR/EHS Coordinator and later became a Human Resources Manager, and eventually the Corporate Human Resources Manager until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Kevin worked as a Human Resources Business Partner II at Wright Medical. Kevin then moved to Stryker in 2021 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they are the Director of HR Operations at symplr.

Kevin Williams has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Union University. Kevin also holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Jackson State Community College. In addition to their formal education, Kevin has obtained several certifications including "Building a Coaching Culture: Improving Performance Through Timely Feedback" and "Facilitation Skills for Managers and Leaders" from LinkedIn, as well as "Management Foundations" and "Managing Multiple Generations" from Lynda.com.
