Mohit Kapoor

Mohit Kapoor has extensive work experience in the software engineering and architecture field. Mohit currently holds the position of Senior Director of Software Engineering at symplr, where they are responsible for leading a team of engineers. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Architecture at both symplr and GE Healthcare, where they were involved in developing architectural processes, making technical decisions, and mentoring teams of architects.

Earlier in their career, Kapoor worked at Carl Zeiss India as an Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for architecting and developing a cloud-based solution for Diabetic Retinopathy. Mohit also served as the Head of System Architecture and Head of Technology Function House at Siemens Healthineers, where they played a key role in building and managing architect teams, driving technical roadmaps, and improving product quality.

Kapoor began their career as a Senior Developer at Siemens Healthineers and has also worked as a Software Consultant and Application Specialist at Star Precision Electronics and Vigor soft, respectively. Overall, they bring a wealth of experience in software engineering, architecture, and team leadership to their current role.

Mohit Kapoor completed a B.Tech in Electronics and computer science from Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya Vishwavidyalaya in the years 1993-1997. Mohit also pursued an APGDST in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at NCST (Now CDAC) Juhu, Mumbai during 1998-1999.
