Vijay Jayaraman

Vijay Jayaraman has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Vijay currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy at symplr, where they are responsible for developing corporate strategy and product go-to-market plans. Vijay also oversees annual planning, capital allocation, and business case approvals. Prior to this, Vijay worked at Cerner Corporation, where they held several positions including Director & General Manager of Bundled Payments, Director of Cerner Health Ventures, Senior Business Strategist, and Business Strategist. In these roles, they played key roles in developing strategies, leading M&A and divestiture deals, and managing business cases. Before Cerner Corporation, Vijay worked at Ziegler as a Summer Associate in Healthcare Investment Banking and at PwC as a Senior Associate in the Health Industries division. Vijay began their career at Capgemini as a Consultant.

Vijay Jayaraman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University in 2007. Vijay then pursued a Master's Degree in Health Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2008. Later, they attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship.
