Chantel Gebhard

Chantel Gebhard has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, starting in 1988 at The Kraft Heinz Company. Chantel held various roles within the company until 2009 when they became a Human Resources Manager at Reckitt Benckiser. In 2010, Gebhard joined International Dehydrated Foods as the Vice President of Human Resources, and in 2019 they transitioned to Symrise AG as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Chantel Gebhard holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Missouri State University. Chantel also completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a focus in Management - Emphasis in Human Resources and a second BS degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, both from Missouri State University. Additionally, Chantel has obtained certifications in Competency Based Interviewing and Personality & Ability Assessment from SHL, and they have completed training in Targeted Selection from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
