Cheryl Morano

Cheryl Morano serves as the SVP of Consumer Fragrance & Oral Care at Symrise AG, a position held since July 2024. In addition, Cheryl is a Customer Advisory Board Member at Novi Connect since August 2021 and has been with Firmenich since 1999, where the title of Vice President of Fine Fragrance Sales includes managing international, regional, and local accounts as well as driving innovation and talent development in the Specialty Retail business. Prior to these roles, Cheryl was the President of Agilex Fragrances from April 2020 to July 2024 and held the position of Senior Sales Director at Givaudan from May 1989 to September 1999. Notable achievements include generating double-digit growth with major clients and developing exclusive opportunities with global retailers.
