Michael Drozdek

Michael Drozdek has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and staffing roles. Michael currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Symrise AG, where they are responsible for recruiting passionate individuals and providing them with opportunities for personal and professional development. Prior to this, they worked at MSD as an Associate Director, leading talent acquisition efforts in the Nordics, Central Eastern Europe, Alps, Switzerland, and Austria. Michael also held staffing management positions at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research and Pharma Plan Bergauer + Partner AG, where they oversaw research, quality, and recruitment activities. Additionally, they worked as a researcher at PP PHARMA PLANING.

Michael Drozdek completed a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development from The University of Salford in 2020. Prior to that, they attended The University of Freiburg from 1997 to 2003, where they focused on English Language and Literature, specifically earning a teaching degree in the field.
