Amy Andrus

Amy Andrus has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Amy started their career as an Associate Attorney at Lipsitz Green Scime Cambria LLP, where they handled various tasks such as filing trademark applications, forming corporations, and preparing legal agreements. After working there for six years, they became an Independent Contractor at the Law Office of Harry E. Werner. Following this, they joined Mobile Pharmacy Solutions as the President & General Counsel, a role they held for five years. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Senior Legal Counsel at Synacor and subsequently moved up to become the Director of Legal Services. Amy then served as the Senior Director of Legal before being promoted to VP, Legal. In 2022, they also became a Charter Member - DeputyGC at TechGC. Overall, Amy has a strong background in legal services and has held progressively responsible roles throughout their career.

Amy Andrus has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Amy also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University at Buffalo. Additionally, Amy obtained a Doctor of Law degree from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Amy is certified as an Attorney by the State Bar of New York.
