Mike McNamara

Mike McNamara is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and governance across various industries. As Co-founder and CEO of Samara since April 2022, McNamara focuses on innovative strategies for the future of living. McNamara serves on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Technology and Innovation Committee for Carrier HVAC, contributing expertise since its spin-off from UTC. Involvement with Workday since 2011, as Chairman of the Nominating & Governance Committee, highlights McNamara's pre-IPO experience. Previous positions include Chairman of the Board for PCH International and leadership roles at Airbnb, Slack, and Elementum. McNamara's educational background includes an MBA from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in Industrial Management from the University of Cincinnati.
