David Anderson

Head Of Engineering at SYNALOGiK

David Anderson has over 25 years of work experience in the IT industry. David began their career in 1997 as a Senior Analyst at Torex Health, where they were responsible for analyzing, designing, and co-ordinating the development of various applications used within the primary health care sector. In 2000, they moved to Dialnet plc (now Redstone) as a Team Leader, where they were responsible for co-ordinating the day-to-day work of each member of the development team, as well as the work of contractors and external agencies. In 2002, they joined Ofwat as a Technical Architect and Scrum Master for an internal software development team. During this time, they progressed through several roles, including Senior Software Developer, Team Leader, Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Technical Architect. In 2012, they began working for Geopost UK as a Technical Lead, where they were involved in introducing and shaping the IT delivery and software engineering practices. David then moved to Rivo Software Limited as a Development Project Manager and Simplify Ltd as a Development Manager. In 2016, they joined Interserve as an Application Development Manager, and in 2019, they became the Head of ICT and Information Governance at The Legal Ombudsman. Most recently, they were appointed as the Head Of Engineering at SYNALOGiK Innovative Solutions Limited in 2022.

David Anderson attended Staffordshire University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a BSc(hons) in Computing Science.
