Srinivasan Aravindan

Srinivasan Aravindan has extensive experience in procurement and consulting roles. Srinivasan currently holds the position of Group Procurement Director / CPO at Synamedia since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at 4C Associates as Director - Procurement Consulting from February 2019 to February 2022. In 2018, they took a career break and worked as a freelancer in mentoring. Before that, they were the CEO of a packaging business acquisition, focused on manufacturing brand protection features for FMCG packaging. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Group Procurement Director and MD India at De La Rue. Srinivasan also worked at EY and Deloitte as Senior Manager in Global Procurement Consulting from 2013 to 2015 and 2011 to 2013, respectively. Srinivasan started their career at PwC as a Senior Manager in Global Procurement Consulting from 2004 to 2011. Prior to that, they worked at GE as a Productivity Leader in Packaging Operations from 1999 to 2004. During their time at GE, they managed packaging operations, led supplier development, and implemented new packaging designs for various clients.

Srinivasan Aravindan obtained a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) with first-class honors in Packaging Technology and Business Management from the University of Hertfordshire between the years 1997 and 2001. Srinivasan also holds certifications as an Affiliate from CIPS (obtained in 2019) and as a Member from The Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3) (obtained in 1999).
