Tim Hicks

Tim Hicks has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Tim started their career as an Engineer at the UK Ministry of Defence in 1991. From there, they worked as a Radar Engineer at Siemens until 1997. Tim then joined BAE Systems as a Command & Control Display Systems Project Manager from 1997 to 2000. In 2001, they became the Vice President of Professional Services at NDS, where they worked until 2012. Tim joined Cisco Systems in 2012 as an Operations Director - Global Solution Delivery and held this role until 2018. In the same year, they joined Synamedia as the VP of R&D Operations, and later became the VP of Service Operations until 2022.

Tim Hicks attended the University of Portsmouth from 1987 to 1991, where they studied Electrical & Electronic Engineering. Prior to that, they completed their A Levels in Maths, Physics, and Computer Science at Langley College of FE.
