Xin Lai

Xin Lai is currently an engineer at Synapse. Previously, they were a front-end engineer at SynapseFi from December 2017 to June 2022. There, they developed interchange credit card UI and Card Processing UI which are customer-facing UIs used by lots of startup company. Xin also contributed to entire product development lifecycle, including making user flow, designing the first draft design, implementing web apps and user testing. Prior to that, Xin was a web developer intern at Rubitection Inc. from September 2016 to January 2017. At Rubitection, they implemented and updated a website for a biotechnology startup in Pittsburgh, PA. Xin also redesigned the website layout to obtain more modern features and page hits.

Xin Lai has a Master’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. They are also certified from Code School in Shaping up with Angular.js and Powering Up With React.
