Laghima Gupta

Laghima Gupta has had a varied work experience in the past. Laghima began their career in 2013 as a Graduate Intern at NatWest Group, where they were part of a project to build a FX testing dashboard for test planning, execution, defect analysis, status reporting and effectiveness report tracking for all FX related projects. Laghima was then hired as a Management Intern at CK Birla Group in 2015, followed by roles as a NextGen Management Trainee in both the Office of Growth & Strategy and Birlasoft. Laghima then became Lead of Growth & Business Development at CK Birla Hospital in 2016. In 2019, they joined Mastercard as an Associate Managing Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant. Laghima is currently employed at Synaptic as a Strategy & Operations since 2022.

Laghima Gupta completed their high school education at Modern School in 2010, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. Laghima then pursued a B.Tech in Software Engineering at Delhi Technological University (Formerly DCE) from 2010 to 2014. In 2015, they completed a Master in Management (M.I.M.) at ESCP Business School in Business Administration and Management, General. Laghima then completed a Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Business Administration and Management, General at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad from 2014 to 2016.
