Scott Ehman

Scott Ehman has extensive experience in property management and billing coordination, currently serving as the Billing and Claims Coordinator as well as a Talent Development Specialist at SYNC Residential since May 2016. Key contributions include developing the Utility Billing Department and managing utility charges for various properties across Texas, Georgia, and Alaska. Prior roles include Property Manager at Allied Orion Group, overseeing luxury lofts near Minute Maid Park, and assistant manager positions at Riverstone Residential, where responsibilities included leasing and assisting in the launch of a new community. Scott Ehman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Houston, earned between 2012 and 2015.
