Kyle Borda is a Business Systems Analyst II at SYNCADD Systems Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kyle spent a year as a stay-at-home dad and student. Between December 2020 and September 2021, Kyle worked with the United States Department of the Army as the Assistant Secretary of the General Staff, where responsibilities included developing and executing a strategic leader coverage plan for various Commanding Generals. From May 2016 to August 2020, Kyle served in multiple capacities within the US Army, including Deputy Secretary of the General's Staff and Platoon Leader, overseeing operations and personnel. Additionally, Kyle has experience in residence life, having served as Head Resident and Resident Assistant at William and Mary. Kyle holds a Master of Organizational Leadership from Regent University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from William and Mary.
