David Wilks is a senior technical writer at Syncari. David has previously worked as a senior content designer at Snapdocs, a product manager at Oracle, and a user engagement lead at Oracle. David has also worked as a senior technical writer at Cloud Elements, where they wrote API documentation and maintained a help center. Prior to that, they were the technical communication leader at Willis Towers Watson, where they established a technical communication team, developed a content strategy for multiple software products, and implemented an innovative user assistance solution.
