Michael Jones

Michael Jones is currently the Manager of Technical Support at Syncari. Prior to this, they were a Sr. Technical Support Engineer at Autopilot from January 2017 to August 2020. Before that, they were at TIBCO Software Inc. from July 2014 to January 2017 as a Sr. Technical Support Engineer, providing technical support for Mashery, API Management Software. Michael was also previously a Technical Lead Support Engineer at Marketo from April 2011 to July 2014. Michael started their career at Advent Software in January 2005 as a Client Support Team Lead and left in December 2008 as a Senior Compliance Coordinator Support Rep.

Michael Jones has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Electronics and Computer Technology from San Jose State University.
