Patricia Austin

Patricia Austin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Patricia currently serves as the Director of Operations at Syncarpha Capital since November 2022. Previously, they worked at Solar Technology, Inc. where they held the positions of Customer Service & Operations Manager from September 2020 to September 2022, and Sales Manager from September 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Saucon Technologies from May 2014 to September 2019. Patricia also has a long history with FLSmidth, where they held various roles including Director of Sales Effectiveness and Market Intelligence from 2012 to 2014, Manager of Sales Effectiveness in the Minerals Division from 2010 to 2013, and Business Analyst in Customer Services and IT from 2000 to 2007. Patricia has also held roles as an Integration Manager, Operations Manager, Supervisor, and Sales Engineer in different divisions within FLSmidth. Overall, Patricia has extensive experience in operations, customer service, sales, and strategic management.

Patricia Austin attended The Tatnall School from 1981 to 1985. From 1985 to 1989, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Lafayette College.
