Prasanna Gore, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Prasanna is currently the Cofounder and CEO of SynCell Biotechnology, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Managing Director of Gore & Company, a consulting firm specializing in commercial and therapeutic area strategy. In this role, they successfully executed over 100 consulting engagements for top bio-pharmaceutical firms, focusing on new product planning, opportunity assessments, and investment allocation decisions. Prasanna also founded PharmaCompany, Inc, a boutique strategy consulting firm, where they served as the Chief Strategy Officer and developed a client base that included Fortune 500 and small biotech companies in multiple countries. Prasanna also gained experience as a member of the Board of Directors at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, where they advised on business strategy, alliances, out-licensing, and the establishment of the company's first R&D Center. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at SRI International, advising biopharmaceutical companies on business growth strategies. Prasanna began their career as an Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where they taught courses in pharma marketing, brand planning, and strategy. Overall, Prasanna Gore, PhD possesses extensive expertise in strategy execution, business development and expansion, alliance partnerships, and leadership in the bio-pharmaceutical industry.

Prasanna Gore, PhD has a diverse education history spanning several institutions. Prasanna'sjourney began at Holy Family High School, where they completed their Secondary School Certificate, focusing on Math and Science, from 1975 to 1982. Prasanna then enrolled in DG Ruparel College of Arts, Science and Commerce, obtaining their Higher Secondary School Certificate in Science and Math from 1982 to 1984.

Seeking further education in the field of pharmacy, Prasanna joined the University of Bombay from 1984 to 1988, earning their Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. Building upon this foundation, they pursued a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Finance at West Virginia University, attending from 1989 to 1992.

Driven by a passion for understanding healthcare marketing and economics, Prasanna continued their studies at West Virginia University, completing their PhD in this field between 1992 and 1995. Through this extensive academic journey, Prasanna Gore has acquired comprehensive knowledge and expertise in healthcare marketing, economics, pharmaceutical marketing, and finance, bolstering their abilities to contribute to these domains.
