Caroline Polezer

Caroline Polezer has extensive experience in communication and marketing, currently serving as Analista de Comunicação e Endomarketing at Synchro - Solução Fiscal since March 2022. Previously, Caroline held the same title at Espaçolaser from September 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included internal communication planning, channel management, content creation, and overseeing the certification campaign for GPTW. Prior to that, Caroline worked at Duratex in various communication and marketing roles, focusing on strategic planning, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement. Early career experience includes positions as Designer Gráfico Junior and Estagiária at Agência Neurona, and an apprenticeship at Bradesco, where logistical and training support was provided. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Centro Universitário Belas Artes de São Paulo, completed between 2013 and 2016.
