Brian Franco

Brian Franco has a strong background in clinical engineering, researching neurotechnology, and tutoring in mathematics and science. Brian has held the position of Field Clinical Engineer at Synchron since November 2021 and previously at NeuroPace from January 2018 to October 2021. Brian also gained experience as a Clinical Neurotechnology Research Assistant at Massachusetts General Hospital from April 2015 to January 2018. Additionally, they have worked as a Swim Instructor at Foss Swim School, a Graduate Research Assistant at Northwestern University, and a Mathematics & Science Tutor at Nurturing Wisdom Tutoring, BrainStorm Tutoring, LLC, and The College of New Jersey. Brian started their career as a Research Intern & Research Assistant at Kessler Foundation and gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at Valley Health System.

Brian Franco obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Science with a specialization in Biomedical from The College of New Jersey. Brian attended this institution from 2007 to 2011. In August 2011, they also obtained the certification of Engineer-In-Training from the New Jersey State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Brian then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University, attending from 2012 to 2014.
