Amy Koch

Amy Koch serves as the Executive Vice President of Account Services at Synchrony Group, LLC, beginning in April 2025. Previously, Amy held the position of Executive Vice President of Client Services at Citrus Health Group from October 2023 to February 2025, overseeing client service teams across multiple organizations. From October 2019 to October 2023, Amy was the Senior Vice President of Account Management & Operations and previously the Vice President of Account Management at The Curry Rockefeller Group, LLC. Additional experience includes the role of Account Director at ICON plc and various positions at Complete Healthcare Communications, where Amy's tenure spanned from 2002 to 2018. Amy's early career included project management roles at Pharmedica and communications analysis at AstraZeneca. Amy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Millersville University of Pennsylvania between 1995 and 1999.
