Alisha Dhar

Alisha Dhar is currently a Credit Strategy & Analytics BLP at Synchrony, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Alisha served as the Vice President of Finance for The Women's Network at UCLA and worked as a Student Manager for UCLA Softball. Alisha gained valuable experience as a Credit Analytics and Strategy BLP Intern at Synchrony in mid-2023 and as a Data Journalist for Bruin Sports Analytics from early 2022 to mid-2023. Additional roles include Sports Operations Coordinator for the Business in Entertainment Association at UCLA and various positions within Bruin Women in Business, including Director of Technology Committee. Alisha also completed internships in product management and fintech consulting, along with experience as an accounting intern at Chainwise Inc. Alisha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Economics from UCLA, with educational pursuits continuing through Coursera since June 2021.
