Jackie B.

Jackie B. holds extensive experience in marketing and management, currently serving as Vice President of Loyalty Process & Controls and previously as Vice President of Loyalty Marketing at Synchrony since July 2014. Notable achievements include leading a critical email campaign for over 500,000 cardholders, supporting the launch of the HOME network, and driving initiatives that resulted in 20 Synchrony Star recognitions for performance. Prior to Synchrony, Jackie B. founded Jackie Brown, Inc., focusing on marketing strategy for small businesses, and held various marketing roles at companies such as GE Capital, Newell Rubbermaid, and Footsteps, among others. Jackie B. earned a B.S. in Biology from Spelman College in 1997.
