Jitender Agrawal

Jitender Agrawal possesses extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as a Lead Analyst in UAT and Business Applications at Synchrony Financial since November 2014. In this role, Jitender is responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth operation of internal company applications to prevent disruptions in business production and financial losses. Prior to this, Jitender worked at Wipro from January 2006 to July 2007 as a Senior Process Associate, where promotion to team coach followed initial responsibilities in the voice process. Jitender holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Osmania University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
