Kristen Manginelli

Kristen Manginelli, CPA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in marketing, strategic planning, and financial management. Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer - Health & Wellness at Synchrony since May 2024, Manginelli previously held the position of Global Chief Marketing Officer at Pagaya, where significant advancements in consumer loan applications and credit-building capabilities were achieved. Kristen's tenure at Webster Bank included roles such as Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing a team of 35 and spearheading initiatives that garnered over 30 prestigious awards. Manginelli also has a robust background in investor relations and marketing strategy, having played a key role in the merger with Sterling Bancorp, and possesses experience from Deloitte in auditing SEC registrants.
