Traci Rieckmann

Traci Rieckmann, PhD, is a seasoned professional in healthcare leadership and academic research with extensive experience across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Services at Janus Healthcare Partners and VP of Health Systems Strategic Accounts at Synchrony, Rieckmann excels in building strategic partnerships and advancing clinical initiatives. As a consultant for Fred Hutch, Rieckmann leads efforts to enhance biobanking processes and facilitates strategic planning initiatives. Rieckmann previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at GreenField Health, managing a large team and driving operational improvements. A former Associate Professor at Oregon Health and Science University, Rieckmann contributed significantly to public health research, clinical trials, and the establishment of innovative treatment models. Rieckmann holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Utah, an MS in Health Promotion and Education, and a BS in Technical Journalism from Oregon State University.
