The current leadership team at Synchrony has a history of experience in finance and risk management. The team consists of individuals who have worked at GE Capital, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and other similar institutions. They also have a strong educational background, with degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Bowdoin College, Connecticut College, and Columbia Business School.
