Jeremy Rolls

Jeremy Rolls has held various positions throughout their career. Jeremy started as a Development Director at Specialix Research Ltd in 1988 and then moved on to become a Senior Manager at Sun Microsystems from 1997 to 2004. Jeremy then worked as a Business Development Director at Sollis from 2006 to 2014, where they were responsible for managing finances, maintaining key partnerships, and overseeing quality management.

In 2014, Jeremy founded Always Entrepreneurial Ltd, where they served as the CEO. Jeremy'srole involved assisting businesses in growing, raising funds, and maximizing their potential. Jeremy also acted as an Angel Investor, investing in startup businesses and providing guidance in formulating strategies, finding customers, and generating revenue.

Jeremy also took on other roles parallel to their CEO position, including being a Non-Executive Director at Advanced LEDS Ltd from 2015 to 2016. Jeremy was also a Mentor at Startupbootcamp FinTech from 2016 to 2017.

Additionally, Jeremy served as the Co-Chair of Governors at Albemarle School from 2016, where they regularly interacted with the senior leadership team and oversaw the resources committee.

Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Synchtank since 2017. In this role, they utilize their cross-functional experience to scale the business and strengthen customer relationships.

Jeremy Rolls has a BSc (Hons) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of York, which they obtained from 1983 to 1986. Jeremy also holds an MBA degree in Strategic Management from Kingston Business School, where they studied from 2004 to 2005.
