Paras Mukadam

Paras Mukadam began their career in 2001 as a Software Engineer at Tata Infotech, where they took extensive training in various technologies including UNIX, C, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. In this role, they developed Oracle forms, online screens for an ERP application, and an online account ledger and order processing system for a leading fabric company. In 2002, they joined Praxis Technology Group as a Software Engineer, providing java consulting services to Banking and Mortgage industry. Paras then moved to Aviva Life Insurance in 2003, where they served as an IT Project Manager and Web Architect, responsible for all of Aviva's web properties and legacy system interfaces. In 2007, they joined Bridge Consulting Group as a Solution Architect, providing strategic consulting, including web portal design and custom application support using Oracle technologies. In 2009, they became an Independent IT Consultant, providing expertise in design, architecture, and development of IT solutions and programs primarily using Microsoft Technology stack. In 2014, they bootstrapped Spol Innovations Pvt Ltd to offer niche product incubation services in e-commerce and logistics, developing various complex IT solutions for government and non-government entities in India, the US, and the Middle East. In 2020, they began their current role as Head of Engineering at Syncware.

Paras Mukadam received a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Nagpur University between 1997 and 2000. Paras then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Computer Science from Maharishi International University between 2000 and 2002.
