Will Fleming

Will Fleming has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Will is currently the Head of Data at Syndica since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Data Scientist at Kapitus from June 2018 to April 2022. Will also gained experience as a Senior Analyst in Data Strategy at Frontpoint from February 2017 to May 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Python/Javascript Developer on a part-time basis at Future Wonder from December 2016 to March 2017. Before that, they served as a Risk and Controls Professional at Freddie Mac from August 2016 to February 2017. Will began their career as a Business Operations Analyst at Navy Federal Credit Union from August 2015 to August 2016. Will also completed internships in Business Operations Analysis at Navy Federal Credit Union in both the winter and summer of 2015. Will's earliest work experience was as a Resident Advisor at George Mason University Housing & Residence Life from August 2012 to May 2013.

Will Fleming completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from George Mason University from 2011 to 2015. In 2016 and 2017, they attended Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies and obtained a Certificate in Data Science. In terms of additional certifications, Will obtained various certifications related to decentralized finance (DeFi) and deep learning from Coursera, including a specialization in "Decentralized Finance (DeFi): The Future of Finance," with the most recent certification obtained in December 2021.
