Joe Militello

Joe Militello possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, having served in prominent roles including Chief People Officer at both PagerDuty and Pivotal Software, Inc. Additionally, Joe contributes to the field as an Advisory Board Member at Syndio and as an HR Venture Advisor at SemperVirens Venture Capital. Engagements also include a position as Senior Faculty Member at the Josh Bersin Academy. Joe holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
