David Carlsson is currently working as a Clustermanager at Syndion, where David provides operational, financial, and strategic leadership to various locations within the cluster. David successfully completed a traineeship in just 4 months, highlighting their quick learning ability. Prior to this, David worked as a Jeugdzorgwerker C at Enver and as a Manager Afdeling Zorg en Welzijn (Wmo) at Hjo Kommun. David has a strong educational background in Social Work, including a Master's degree from Lund University.
