Deepika Sharma

Deepika Sharma has been working in the Human Resources field since 2006. Deepika began their career as an HR Executive at Tritech Manpower, and then moved to Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd. as an HR Manager in 2007. In 2009, they became a Sr. HR Manager at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, where they were an integral part of the HR group and ran organization-wide programs for talent engagement. In 2012, they took on the role of Admissions Advisor at SFI Komvux, and then in 2014 they became an HR Manager at Synditech Solutions, where they collaborated with the office of the CHRO and led the recruiting team to plan, direct and support Staff Augmentation for satisfactory completion of objectives.

Deepika Sharma began their education in 2001 when they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Institute of Basic Sciences. Deepika then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing & Human Resources from GLAITM, Mathura from 2004 to 2006.
