Ken Michelini

Ken Michelini has a strong background in the financial services sector, spanning over 35 years. Ken started their career in 1986 as a Senior Director at Reuters & Rich Inc. Ken then worked as the VP of the Financial Services Group at MarketNet Group from 1996 to 2000. Following that, they joined Thomson Financial as the VP of Realtime Datafeeds from 2000 to 2007. Ken then joined Citihub Digital, a Synechron company, where they served as an Associate Partner from 2007 to 2012. In this role, they addressed complex challenges in the financial services sector and led various projects. Ken was then promoted to Partner and held that position from 2012 to 2021, overseeing business development, P&L management, and operational leadership. During this period, they achieved impressive results, exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. In 2021, Ken joined Synechron as a Senior Director, initially leading consulting efforts for two major regions and overseeing a significant portfolio. Ken then established a global vendor management organization, streamlining relations with key cloud and data providers across diverse regions. In addition, they cultivated a comprehensive vendor management ecosystem spanning various practices. Ken's expertise and leadership have consistently contributed to the success of the organizations they have been a part of.

Ken Michelini earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Hofstra University between 1982 and 1986. In addition, they received several certifications, including AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2022, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2018.
