Nidhi Rai

Nidhi Rai has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Nidhi is currently working as a Hiring Lead at Synechron since August 2021.

Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd from May 2017 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for hiring resources globally and developing staffing processes and strategies.

Before joining Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd, Nidhi worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at iPlace USA from November 2015 to May 2017, where they supported manpower requirements and managed client relationships.

Nidhi also gained experience as a Technical Recruiter at Collabera from October 2014 to October 2015, where they handled key accounts and maintained relationships with hiring managers.

Nidhi started their career as a Technical Recruiter at New York Technology Partners from May 2012 to September 2014.

Nidhi also had a summer internship at S&P Capital IQ in 2011, where they gained experience in sourcing candidates and campus recruitment.

Nidhi Rai completed their Bachelor's degree in English and Economics from SNS in 2008. Nidhi then pursued a PGDM in Human Resources Management from VVISM, which they completed in 2012. Additionally, Nidhi has obtained several certifications including "Employer Branding to Attract Talent," "Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict," and "Introduction to the PHR Certification Exam" from LinkedIn in 2020.
