Cynthia Isaac

Cynthia Isaac, Ph.D. is a seasoned expert in corporate affairs, currently serving as Group Managing Director of the Corporate Affairs Practice at Syneos Health since June 2014. In this role, Cynthia leads a multidisciplinary team focused on corporate communications, reputation management, diversity and inclusion, social impact, and more, addressing critical challenges within the life sciences sector. Additionally, Cynthia founded and directed the Corporate Communications Practice at Syneos Health, significantly expanding its capabilities and revenue. Cynthia is also a member of Chief, a network dedicated to advancing women into senior leadership roles. Prior experience includes senior positions at notable firms such as Weber Shandwick and Ogilvy PR Worldwide. Cynthia holds a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, an MS in Biology from Madras Christian College, and a BS in Biology from Women's Christian College.
