Douglas Britt

Douglas Britt is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Syneos Health since February 2021. Prior to this role, Douglas held the position of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Litigation, Risk & Claims at Syneos Health from January 2018 to February 2021, following a tenure as Senior Corporate Counsel at INC Research from August 2014 to December 2017. Additional experience includes various legal positions at K&L Gates and Dechert LLP, as well as a development role at American Rivers. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Political Science, and Markets and Management from Duke University, along with a Juris Doctor degree, with Magna Cum Laude honors, from Duke University School of Law.
