Marija Brajovic

Marija Gender has extensive experience in Trial Master File (TMF) management and regulatory affairs, currently serving as Manager of TMF Operations at Syneos Health since July 2019. In this role, Marija contributes to customer solutions and evaluates TMF setups, while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with project leads to maintain audit-ready TMFs. Prior to Syneos Health, Marija worked as a Study Start Up and Regulatory Affairs Assistant at Worldwide Clinical Trials, where responsibilities included managing regulatory submissions and supporting TMF activities. Marija's earlier experience includes processing TMF documents as a TMF Associate and serving as an Enforcement Agent Assistant at a law enforcement agency. Marija holds a degree from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences at the University of Belgrade.
