Raghu Jadhav

Raghu Jadhav serves as the IT Head - Sr Director IT Tech & Service Delivery at Syneos Health, overseeing IT operations at the Global Capability Center since January 2016. With a strong background in managing Global In-house Centers (GICs) in India, Raghu has expertise in ensuring service levels for incident resolution and root cause analysis. Previous roles include IT Head for Novartis, where responsibilities encompassed R&D and technical operations, as well as positions in Wipro Technologies, GENPACT, IBM, and Oracle, focusing on CRM transformation and service management. Raghu's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Karnatak University and Hirasugar Institute of Technology.
