Mark Kouyias

Mark Kouyias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology transformation and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as Principal at Synerga since December 2023, Mark leads initiatives that focus on program leadership, business integration, procurement advisory, and technology implementation. As Director of Transformation Delivery at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank since June 2020, Mark co-led the establishment of an Enterprise Transformation Management Office to drive organizational change. Previously, Mark held key roles such as General Manager for B2B Digital Transformation at Telstra and Head of Technology, Data at NAB, where responsibilities included managing significant IT digitization programs and overseeing data platforms. Mark's career spans multiple roles in prominent companies such as Ericsson and Lucent Technologies, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Communications Engineering from RMIT University.
