Bawani Gunatilake

Bawani Gunatilake is an experienced professional in operations and management, currently serving as Assistant Team Lead at SYNERGEN Health since June 2020, following roles as Senior Operations Analyst, Operations Analyst, and Associate Operations Analyst within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Claims Executive at Allianz Insurance Lanka Ltd and as an Administrator at RDC (Pvt) Ltd. Bawani began the career journey as an Industrial Trainee in the Project Implementation Department at the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka. Bawani holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources and Related Support Services from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, achieved a CCHRM with Distinction from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, and has completed various accounting certifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and AAT. Academic background also includes the GCE Advanced Level and Ordinary Level Examinations from Princess of Wales' College.
