Sithira Fernando is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and marketing. Currently serving as Assistant Team Lead and Senior Operations Analyst at SYNERGEN Health since November 2020, Sithira previously held the position of Marketing Coordinator at Colombo City Centre from May 2018 to November 2020, where responsibilities included managing brand positioning and organizing events. Earlier experience includes an internship in Retail Mall Management at NDB Wealth Management Limited, where Sithira worked as a Junior Relationship Executive, focusing on customer relationship management.
