Lamar Younginer, M.S. has extensive experience in the field of online education and client success management. Currently serving as Client Success Manager and Tax Service Manager at Synergi since November 2021, Lamar also operates as a Consultant for Higher Education Consultant since January 2009, focusing on the evaluation and development of online programs and training. Prior to this, Lamar co-founded and acted as CEO of Virtical Education LLC from July 2018 to December 2021, emphasizing online course evaluation and faculty training. Lamar’s earlier experience includes over 25 years at Florence-Darlington Technical College, culminating as the Director of Educational Technology and Online Learning, where responsibilities included managing online course offerings and student support. Lamar started a career in higher education as a Recruiter at Francis Marion University and holds a Master of Science in E-Business from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Francis Marion University.
